Assistance with adding webpages

I would like to make it so users can click each state and be redirected to another page that gives more information. Similar to what is happening in the following visualization. I have made individual spreadsheets for each state/country with accompanying URL. In class, we spoke about creating a union in Tableau but I am having difficulty getting it to work.
