I know you’re still getting a handle on where this is going, but some general things: You should edit your tooltips so that what you’re trying to convey is clearer–Tableau’s defaults are not very friendly (eg, get rid of the path order and voyageid out of the tooltip and edit the tooltip labels). You may want to color your paths by the region of start, so that it’s clearer what’s going where.
You should also plan on doing your dashboard layout in desktop size; this is very cramped. Your legend is also not clearly laid out–with it hovering up on the right, it’s not immediately clear that it’s related to the bar chart on the bottom. You should also look at rearranging your timeline and getting rid of some interaction options–see this rearrangement of your dashboard.
